A new menu featuring one of the best chickens of the world
La VIE, the creative French restaurant on the 11th floor of VIE Hotel Bangkok, MGallery by Sofitel, just added a New Year menu featuring one of the best chickens in the world, the “Queen of Poultry" or Poularde de Bresse. The menu is created by Nicholas Basset, the French executive sous chef of La VIE.
Raised in eastern France under strict standards, Bresse chicken enjoys a fine reputation and has often been described as an “aristocrat of modern poultry." The menu is featured in the main course of La VIE’s new 3-course offering, “Bresse Chicken Two Ways, Perigord Truffle, Caramelized Onion, Winter Medley." Bresse chicken is preceded by the “Cream of Jerusalem Artichoke Soup, Thyme Essence" starter and is followed by the “Chocolate Parfait, Chestnut, Blackcurrant, Pear Sorbet" dessert.
Enjoy the sumptuous Poularde de Bresse set menu for only THB 1,200 net per person. À la carte dishes of this delectable meat are served at THB 990++ per dish. Poularde de Bresse is available at La VIE – Creative French Cuisine in VIE Hotel Bangkok only during February – March 2017.
