Go Vertigo to Catch All of Bangkok’s Landmarks

An avant-garde alfresco dining experience atop Banyan Tree Bangkok

All the ingredients needed for an unforgettable night out with your friends are realized in Vertigo Grill & Moon Bar, an alfresco dining experience located on the rooftop of the 61-storey Banyan Tree Bangkok.

Established since 2002, Vertigo takes its name from Alfred Hitchcock’s famous thriller. Everything else about the dining experience is just as exciting. Built on a former helipad, Vertigo offers unobstructed, 360-degree views of Bangkok’s glittering cityscape. Purposefully sculpted with escalated platforms and low walls, patrons can see all the important landmarks, such as the Grand Palace, the Royal Chapel, Chao Phraya River, Wat Pho Temple, the National Museum, and the Emerald Buddha.

Social media is sure to marvel at any pictures taken at Vertigo, as the decoration is distinctively trendy, with its sleek stainless steel and clean, modern furniture against the backdrop of Bangkok’s skyline. In an emphasis on an unorthodox experience, Vertigo is home to funky music that gives off an avant-garde ambience.

The dining establishment is divided into three sections—a dining courtyard, a private party lounge, and the Moon Bar. Patrons can choose to dine from an à la carte menu or select from a creative collection of set menus.

Vertigo is open daily from 6:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. while the Moon Bar is opening hours: 6.00pm-10.30pm (this is the official dining time) For reservations, please contact +662 679 1200.
