Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. ประกาศในวันนี้ว่าฝูงบิน G550 ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง ได้เสร็จสิ้นการลงจอดครั้งที่ 1 ล้าน ซึ่งพิสูจน์ให้เห็นถึงความทนทานที่ยาวนานของเครื่องบินและความเป็นเลิศด้านประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง จนถึงปัจจุบัน ฝูงบิน G550 ทำสถิติการบินไปแล้ว 2.6 ล้านชั่วโมง
ด้วยเครื่องยนต์ Rolls Royce BR710 จำนวน 2 เครื่อง ทำให้ G550 สามารถบินได้ 6,750 ไมล์ทะเล/12,501 กิโลเมตร ที่ Mach 0.80 ทำให้เครื่องบินลำนี้อยู่ในอันดับต้นๆ ของเครื่องบินระดับเดียวกัน และห้องโดยสารมีการกำหนดค่าหลายแบบ สามารถรองรับผู้โดยสารได้สูงสุด 19 คน และนอนได้สูงสุด 8 คน
Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. today announced the high-performing G550 fleet recently completed its 1 millionth landing, proving the long-lasting durability of the aircraft and its continued performance excellence. To date, the G550 fleet has logged 2.6 million flight hours.
Equipped with two Rolls-Royce BR710 engines, the G550 can fly 6,750 nautical miles/12,501 kilometers at Mach 0.80, putting the aircraft at the top of its class. The cabin offers multiple configurations, can seat up to 19 passengers and sleep up to 8.
